Jingle Networks is one of the fastest growing companies in the country.
Scott Kliger, founder and CTO of Jingle, had the idea that 411 Directory Assistance
should be free to the user, with advertisers who would willing pay for targeted
traffic. Much like Google, 1-800-FREE-411 does just that - placing hundreds of thousands
of customers in direct contact with paying advertisers.
In June 2006, Scott came to Commission River, Inc. by way of Telarus, whom assists
Jingle with their telecommunications purchasing, network design, setup, and expansion. Jingle
wanted a customized affiliate program created to enable their callers (and other
FREE-411 "fans") to become referral affiliates. Tracking referrals, paying affiliates,
and invoicing Jingle with one simple, easy-to-understand bill was the order of the day.
After a few months of consultation and contract negotiation, Commission River delivered
the program to Jingle just in time for the Grand Launch of "FREEAgent" in January 2007.

Since the initial launch, the FREEAgent program has allowed Jingle the ability to
reach advertisers in small markets across the country that might never have ever
discovered the FREE-411 advertising program on their own. Although the program is
still in its infancy, it is expected to add a significant increase to 1-800-FREE-411's
bottom line in 2007-2008. |
