Company Information

Commission River Corporation is a company whose strategic focus is on enabling internet-based publishers with the best products and comparison pricing technology on the market. Although we do not consider ourselves exclusive to any one market vertical, we deal primarily in services related to telecommunications: namely high speed internet service and telephone services of all flavors. With so many different choices to choose from in today's marketplace, comparison shopping technology is the true value that we offer to our publishers which they leverage to increase conversion, and hence, sales.

The company is headquartered at the base of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Draper, Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City. Here we do all of the IT development, accounting, business development, marketing, and affiliate support. Draper is where the magic happens on a daily basis as we continue to grow and innovate.

Company History

Commission River Corporation, as it stands today, is the result of a merger between Commission River Inc. and Cognigen Networks in 2005. Cognigen Networks, founded in 1992 by Kevin Eric Anderson, was a true pioneer in web-based telecommunications sales. Cognigen was the first company in the world to successfully master the art of the self-replicated web site, affiliate tracking, and dynamic price comparisons. The company went public amid the dot-com boom of the late 90's, raising over $5M and bringing in shareholders from all over the world who invested in Mr. Anderson's unique and enabling marketing system. Thousand of agents from around the world flocked to Cognigen and began earning life-changing residual income from the millions of dollars of switched long distance and calling card accounts that were sold.

As the popularity of mobile phones began to erode the market for local phone lines, switched long distance, and calling cards, Cognigen's revenues began to slump as it looked for new and creative ways to enable its network of distributors. In 2005, BayHill Capital took a controlling interest in the company and merged it with Commission River, Inc., a new upstart founded by Adam Edwards and Patrick Oborn in 2004. The companies merged their resources, their knowledge, their staff, their technology, their distribution network, and most of all, their creativity.

What you see today is the culmination of years of hard work and dedication to the one overarching principle that has been engrained into the company's DNA since its founding in 1992: always do right by the affiliates. After 18 years we still have never missed a commission payout and we have investigated every bad link, cookie, missing sale, and reporting discrepancy - all by hand. We take great pride in our service and in the relationships we have established over the years with the world's greatest online marketers.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of BayHill Capital, we trade under the symbol BYHL on the OTC:BB market. We plan to leverage our public entity to raise additional funds, entertain merger opportunities, and to help pave the way for massive growth without having to take on debt.
